Provincial Social Policy Bank: Signing a joint document on implementing loan entrustment for poor households and other policy beneficiaries

On July 9, the Social Policy Bank (SPB) of Hung Yen province held a conference to sign a joint document according to Agreement No. 5656/VBTT-NHCS-HPN-HND-HCCB-ĐTN dated June 18, 2025 on the implementation of entrusted lending to poor households and other policy beneficiaries. Attending and chairing the conference was comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province.

Accordingly, the Provincial Social Policy Bank entrusts 4 socio-political organizations: Provincial Women's Union; Provincial Farmers' Association; Provincial Veterans' Association; Provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union . At the conference, the units agreed to sign a joint document on organizing and directing affiliated units to implement lending entrustment activities for poor households and other policy beneficiaries with the following contents: Entrustment to provincial socio-political organizations; entrustment to commune-level socio-political organizations; entrustment fees paid to socio-political organizations; responsibilities of provincial socio-political organizations; responsibilities of the Provincial Social Policy Bank; shared responsibilities of the parties, etc.
