Xuan Truong Enterprise proposes to expand 3 highways through Ha Tinh to 6 lanes

(Baohatinh.vn) - Xuan Truong Private Construction Enterprise has just proposed to the Government to allow investment in expanding 415 km of the North-South Expressway under the PPP method, including more than 100 km of expressway through Ha Tinh.

The nine North-South Expressway component projects included in the enterprise's expansion proposal include: Mai Son - National Highway 45, National Highway 45 - Nghi Son, Nghi Son - Dien Chau, Bai Vot - Ham Nghi, Ham Nghi - Vung Ang, Vung Ang - Bung, Bung - Van Ninh, Van Ninh - Cam Lo. The total estimated investment is over VND59,600 billion.

Of which, the three routes Bai Vot - Ham Nghi, Ham Nghi - Vung Ang, Vung Ang - Bung passing through Ha Tinh have a total length of more than 100km.

The proposed projects currently have a scale of 4 lanes, 17 m wide roadbed. Xuan Truong Enterprise proposed to expand to 6 lanes to complete the planning.

Xuan Truong Enterprise proposed to implement the project under the PPP method, BOT contract, combining equity and commercial loans, not using state budget capital. The enterprise committed to arranging finance, human resources, and equipment to implement on schedule, fully complying with regulations on investment, construction, environmental protection, and traffic safety.

Currently, there are 6 domestic investors proposing to participate in the investment in expanding the North-South Expressway from 2-4 lanes to 6 lanes under the PPP method, including: Deo Ca Group, Son Hai Group, Phuong Thanh Traffic Construction Company, VIDIFI, VEC, Rang Dong Joint Stock Company.

The 3 expressways passing through Ha Tinh have a total length of more than 100 km. Of which, the Bai Vot - Ham Nghi expressway is 35.28 km long, with a total investment of 7,643 billion VND, constructed by the joint venture of Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Corporation (Vinaconex) and Corporation 319 ( Ministry of National Defense ), and has been put into operation.

Meanwhile, the 54.2 km Ham Nghi - Vung Ang expressway, with a total investment of more than VND9,700 billion, constructed by a consortium of contractors: Tu Lap Construction Company Limited, Xuan Truong Construction Private Enterprise, 471 Joint Stock Company, and 368 Construction Joint Stock Company, has been put into operation.

The Vung Ang - Bung Expressway component project is 55.34 km long, with a total investment of VND12,540 billion, of which the section through Ha Tinh is 12.9 km long and the section through Quang Tri province is 42.44 km long. The project is invested by Project Management Board 6 (Ministry of Construction), divided into 2 construction packages, of which, construction package XL01 is undertaken by Son Hai Group - Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation - Joint Stock Company 484 - Joint Stock Company 369 - Joint Stock Company 479 Hoa Binh . Phuong Thanh Transport Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company - Lizen Joint Stock Company undertakes construction package XL02. The section through Ha Tinh belongs to construction package XL01. This expressway strives to be put into operation on August 19.
