List of Directors of Department of Education and Training of North Central provinces

Implementing the policy of merging provincial administrative units, the structure of the Board of Directors of the Department of Education and Training in the North Central region has undergone important adjustments.

Notably, Quang Tri province has a change in personnel due to the merger with Quang Binh province. The remaining provinces including Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh and Hue city still maintain the same structure. Thanh Hoa province alone currently does not have a Department Director.

Ms. Le Thi Huong was appointed as the new Director of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province.

Thanh Hoa :

Mr. Ta Hong Luu (born in 1971) - Deputy Director (in charge) of the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province. Qualification: Master of Education Management.
Ms. Bui Thi Thanh (born in 1971) - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province.
Degree: Master of Educational Management.
Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh (born in 1972) - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province. Qualification: Master of Education Management.

Nghe An

Mr. Thai Van Thanh – Provincial Party Committee Member, Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An province. Qualifications: PhD in Educational Management, Bachelor of Physics Education.
Mr. Vo Van Mai - Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Education and Training.
Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa - Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Education and Training.
Ms. Ho Thi Chau Loan - Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Education and Training.

Ha Tinh

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet (born in 1979) - Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh province. Qualification: Doctor of Culture.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung Quyen (born in 1972) - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh province. Qualification: Master of Literature.
Mr. Nguyen Hong Cuong (born in 1978) - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh province. Qualification: Master of Mathematics.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Le Nam (born in 1979) - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh province. Qualification: PhD in Physics.

Quang Tri

Ms. Le Thi Huong (born in 1971), Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province, holds the position of Director of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province after the merger.
Ms. Mai Thi Lien Giang, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Binh province, holds the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province.
Mr. Ho Giang Long, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Binh province, holds the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province.
Mr. Mai Huy Phuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province, holds the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province after the merger.
