Multiple choice test marking: Arrange two separate server and workstation systems to mark the test papers according to the 2006 and 2018 General Education Program, including two servers, 10 workstations, including two backup machines. Prepare scanners, UPS, camera systems, printers, LAN systems... to ensure that the multiple choice test marking is completed within the prescribed time.

Despite implementing a two-level local government, Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong requested that the work of grading high school graduation exams in 2025 must ensure the "4 on-site" motto: On-site direction, on-site equipment, on-site human resources and on-site logistics.
"We need to be proactive and clear about the reporting regime, clear focal points and responsibilities. We must not force the progress, especially in essay marking, because it will lead to the risk of errors or wrong scores. The marking of exams must comply with regulations, ensuring the legitimate rights of candidates" - Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong clearly stated.
In addition, Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong also requested the Ninh Binh Provincial Examination Council to effectively carry out inspection work, ensure security and safety so that the exam marking process takes place in accordance with regulations and laws. In addition, the information work must also be quick, ensuring the rights and fairness of candidates.
