The University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH) has just announced the implementation of the talent recruitment program for the period 2025 - 2030 (USTH-TRP2030) with many attractive incentive policies to attract talents, who are excellent scientists to work at the school.

The USTH-TRP2030 program aims to select 25 outstanding lecturers and researchers in the period 2025 - 2030, working in the fields of natural sciences and technology, with priority given to areas such as artificial intelligence, information security, data science, mechatronic engineering, microchip - semiconductor technology, aeronautical engineering and automotive engineering.
Selection criteria emphasize research capacity, proposed research program, international publication record, ability to mobilize research funding resources, ability to develop international cooperation and long-term commitment to USTH. Factors such as graduation from the world's leading universities, teaching experience and mentoring of graduate students are also advantages in the selection process.
Successful candidates will enjoy competitive remuneration. USTH commits to providing a research support package of 1.5 - 3 billion VND in the first 3 years, sponsoring 2 full-time doctoral scholarships or cotutelle scholarships with international partners for talented lecturers and researchers to build research groups.
Talented lecturers and researchers are given priority by the school to introduce research funding sources from the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, are given priority to use equipment, exploit existing laboratories at USTH and propose investment in new equipment for research work.
Talented lecturers and researchers will receive competitive salaries depending on their abilities and contributions to research and teaching.
