One of the typical examples with the aspiration to establish a career right in her homeland is young woman Bui Thi Duyen, Bac Thuy Anh commune.
Graduated from the University of Foreign Languages (Hanoi National University) and worked in Singapore, but in 2017, Ms. Duyen decided to "leave the city and return to the village", starting a career in agriculture . After initial failures with mushroom growing, she persistently pursued the idea of developing local agricultural products, building the Got-a-farm model towards supplying, processing, and trading spices and medicinal herbs using organic methods. In 2019, she and her colleagues rented abandoned fields, established a cooperative and mobilized farmers to improve the land, and cover the land with medicinal herb fields. Ms. Duyen shared: Up to now, Got-a-farm has 10 members participating with about 1 hectare, of which 50% of the area is planted with mint. Currently, Got-a-farm has launched many products that meet OCOP 3 - 4 star standards such as: Lemon mint honey yeast, mint tea and mint tea bags. Each year, the cooperative sells over 300kg of raw dry tea, more than 2,000 jars of mint tea and nearly 10,000 medicinal products of all kinds.
With those efforts, Ms. Duyen won an encouragement prize at the rural youth creative startup competition organized by the Central Youth Union in collaboration with the Center for Market Research and Enterprise Support.
Not only on the economic front, the spirit of "Three readiness" is also strongly spread in the digital transformation process. When the two-level local government officially started operating in the direction of digitalization, equipping people with knowledge and technology skills became urgent. Grasping that requirement, Hung Yen youth have become "digital messengers", bringing technology closer to the community, contributing to building a comprehensive digital society. In My Hao ward, the image of union members and young people in green volunteer shirts has become familiar to the people. Whether it is weekdays or weekends, regardless of office hours or after hours, young people are still enthusiastic in supporting people to carry out procedures on online public services. The elderly were confused when accessing digital services for the first time, but thanks to the enthusiastic guidance of union members, the procedures were completed quickly. Patience, responsibility and readiness to "be there when people need" have created trust and attachment between the youth and the community. Mr. Dao Quang Quy, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of My Hao Ward, Secretary of the Youth Union of My Hao Ward, said: We identify digital transformation as not only a political task but also an opportunity for union members and young people to promote their pioneering spirit. Regardless of the time, when people need support, we are always ready to be there. This is not only to help complete an administrative procedure, but also a way for young people to accompany and bring technology closer to people's lives.
Implementing the "Three Readies" movement in August 2025, Hung Yen Provincial Youth Union deployed the project "Wall mural road; Flowering electric poles; Bright, green, clean, beautiful roads"; effectively maintained the activities "Volunteer Saturday, Green Sunday"; organized more than 370 environmental sanitation campaigns with the participation of more than 34,000 union members and young people, cleaning up 200 martyrs' cemeteries, more than 300 streets, roads, and residential areas in the province; effectively maintained 1,000 youth volunteer teams to guide people in performing online public services... Comrade Thieu Minh Quynh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union said: The "Three Readies" movement has become a valuable spiritual heritage of Hung Yen youth. Today, the Provincial Youth Union constantly innovates the content and form of activities to suit young people in the digital age. We clearly define that every young person must be ready to adapt, ready to start a business, ready to establish a career, ready to contribute to the community.
The "Three Readies" movement is not only a historical memory, but also a compass for action for the youth, a traditional flame that gives strength to the cause of building and developing the homeland in the new era.
