On July 3, the People's Committee of Tan Lap Ward (Dak Lak) held a conference to deploy tasks to prepare for the 2025-2026 school year. This is the first school year that the ward has fully implemented the state management function ofeducation for kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools after completing the two-level local government model.
This is the first locality in Dak Lak province to organize a thematic conference on education.
According to Mr. Tran Duc Nhat - Chairman of Tan Lap Ward People's Committee, the locality currently has 17 educational institutions (12 public, 5 private), with 546 cadres, teachers, staff and nearly 8,800 students, of which 23% are ethnic minority students. The schools have basically completed the work of mobilizing students, reviewing the conditions of facilities, personnel and developing educational plans for the new school year.
At the conference, school leaders reported difficulties such as lack of classrooms, teaching equipment, inadequacies in ensuring traffic safety and school food hygiene. Representatives of the ward government accepted and committed to support solutions towards creating a safe, healthy learning environment, suitable for local realities.
Chairman of the People's Committee of Tran Duc Nhat Ward requested schools to increase safe summer activities, innovate teaching methods according to the 2018 General Education Program and organize 2 sessions/day from the beginning of the new school year.

At the same time, he affirmed that any problems related to the education sector will be directly directed, guided and handled to facilitate students and people.
