The State-level preliminary rehearsal of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2) took place on the evening of August 27 at Ba Dinh Square (Hanoi) with the participation of about 40,000 people.

The parade rehearsal included 43 marching groups, 18 standing groups, and many military and special police vehicles with the participation of about 40,000 people.

The preliminary review included military, police, mass, standing units, and military equipment and special vehicles.

There are also military blocs from Russia, Laos, and Cambodia.
