Previously, Dr. Ha Anh Duc, Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management, advised people when participating in a large-scale event like this, first of all, they must be aware, have a sense of responsibility for themselves, then have awareness towards the community.

“We recommend that people install the A80 application on their smartphones to know the location of medical staff on duty. For the elderly and those with one or more underlying diseases, the advice is to find suitable locations to watch the parade or stay at home to listen to the radio or watch TV,” Dr. Ha Anh Duc emphasized.
