At the A80 Medical Response Command Center of the 115 Emergency Center, Dr. Vuong Anh Duong, Deputy Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management, and Dr. Nguyen Dinh Hung, Deputy Director in charge of the Hanoi Department of Health, inspected the Center's operating system and were on duty with the brothers and sisters at the 115 Emergency Operations Center.
Dr. Nguyen Thanh, Director of the Emergency Center, said that, following the direction of the Ministry of Health and the Hanoi Department of Health, the Center has established a command room including leaders of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management - Ministry of Health, the Military Medical Department, and the Department of Health on duty.
The center has 2 wired telephone lines for information connection, command, computer equipment, digital maps integrated with GPS, a screen to monitor the progress of the parade, a command radio system and an information reception and processing room with 12 switchboard operators, with a backup analog telephone system, which can receive 12 emergency calls at the same time.
At the Center, there are 5 ambulances and 10 vehicles deployed at the Medical Teams, ready to serve emergency work.

Next, the Ministry of Health's inspection team inspected 4 emergency medical teams of Cua Nam Ward Medical Station and Hai Ba Trung Medical Station serving in the Opera House area, Trang Tien Street, and Le Duan-Nguyen Thai Hoc intersection.
Here, Dr. Duong Huy Luong, Deputy Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management, and members inspected the equipment, vehicles, and emergency medicines. The delegation also suggested that the Medical Teams add more warm blankets to prevent people from catching a cold, sheets to cover the body, and at the same time help ensure privacy for people to give emergency sugar bottles to people with hypoglycemia.
On Kim Ma Street and Lieu Giai area, horse racing stadium, the Delegation inspected and encouraged the medical teams of the Security Academy, Hanoi City Police Hospital of the Health Department - Ministry of Public Security and the Medical Team of the Air Defense - Air Force Medical Institute.

During the inspection, the Delegation also recorded a case of fainting due to hypoglycemia, which was promptly treated by the Medical Team in Lieu Giai-Dao Tan Area, with intravenous fluids and oxygen, contributing to ensuring the safety of people participating in cheering on the parade and the preliminary rehearsal.

Previously, Dr. Ha Anh Duc, Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management, advised people when participating in a large-scale event like this, first of all, they must be aware, have a sense of responsibility for themselves, then have awareness towards the community.
“We recommend that people install the A80 application on their smartphones to know the location of medical staff on duty. For the elderly and those with one or more underlying diseases, the advice is to find suitable locations to watch the parade or stay at home to listen to the radio or watch TV,” Dr. Ha Anh Duc emphasized.
