Specifically, it is required to submit a resume, with a photo stamped and certified by the local government or the head of the agency where the father (or mother) works.
The school year begins in early July, when the two-tier government begins operating. As a result, many people worry that they won’t have time to complete the paperwork that requires stamps and certifications from local authorities.
In response to this concern, Mr. Le Cong Loi - Principal of the High School for the Gifted in Natural Sciences (under the University of Natural Sciences, Vietnam National University, Hanoi) said that to facilitate parents and students, the school has adjusted the admission schedule from July 5 to July 10.
In addition, to ensure maximum convenience for candidates and their families, the CV must have a photo, stamped and certified by the local government or the head of the agency where the father (or mother) works. Students can also submit additional documents after officially studying.
Mr. Vu Van Tien - Principal of the High School for Gifted Students of the University of Education (under Hanoi National University of Education) said that according to the plan, the school will organize admission on July 5.
However, the school recruits students nationwide, not by region, so it does not require documents related to confirmation of residence. Therefore, the merger or transfer to a 2-level local government does not affect the admission process of candidates.
Admission procedures at the University of Education High School include: Secondary school transcript; birth certificate; temporary graduation certificate; student enrollment account information; student photo.
The school does not require any additional documents, so it is not affected by the merger of wards, provinces... so parents and students can be completely assured.
Mr. Hoa Ngoc Son - Chairman of the Admissions Council of the Foreign Language Specialized High School (under the University of Foreign Languages, Vietnam National University, Hanoi) also said that the operation of a two-level government does not affect the completion of candidates' admission documents. The school always creates the most favorable conditions for parents and students to complete the procedures.
