Gasoline prices dropped sharply from the afternoon of July 3

On the afternoon of July 3, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance adjusted domestic retail gasoline prices according to the operating cycle. From 3 p.m. on the same day, prices of all items decreased from 932 to 1,210 VND/liter or kg, depending on the type.

Gasoline prices drop sharply

Specifically, E5RON92 gasoline decreased by VND1,085/liter, to VND19,445/liter; RON95-III gasoline decreased by VND1,210/liter, to VND19,906/liter; 0.05S diesel decreased by VND941/liter, to VND18,408/liter; kerosene decreased by VND932/liter, to VND18,132/liter; 180CST 3.5S fuel oil decreased by VND1,148/kg, to VND15,807/kg.

During this management period, the joint ministries continued not to set aside or spend the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for all products.

Previously, gasoline prices had been adjusted twice recently: a slight increase on June 26 according to the regular management cycle every 5th week; and a slight decrease on July 1 to implement the policy of reducing VAT by 2% according to the new resolution passed by the National Assembly .
