According to the report of the People's Committee of An Huu commune, in order to better serve the people, the leaders of the People's Committee have proactively prepared equipment and materials to serve the needs of handling administrative procedures of the people in the commune at the Public Administration Service Center (the Department of receiving and returning documents of the People's Committee of Cai Be district before). Currently, the People's Committee of the commune has completed the installation of computer systems, scanners, connecting the network system and software... ready to serve the people on July 1, 2025.

An Huu Commune People's Committee has completed the project to establish the Public Administration Service Center, the project to establish specialized departments under the Commune People's Committee, and submitted them to the Commune People's Council for approval.
The first session - An Huu Commune People's Council for the 2021 - 2026 term unanimously voted to pass and issue 8 resolutions, including the Resolution to establish the Public Administration Service Center, specialized departments and offices of the commune and the Resolution to appoint members of the Commune People's Committee.
After that, the commune's specialized departments and the Public Administration Service Center submitted to the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee to sign and promulgate the Regulations on functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of each agency and unit.

The Public Administration Service Center of the Commune People's Committee has completed the arrangement of civil servants at 7 counters to receive people's documents from July 1, 2025. The specialized departments of the Commune People's Committee have prepared working rooms, nameplates, full ceremonies as well as assigned specific tasks to each cadre, civil servant, and specialist ready to perform their duties.
However, the operation of the 2-level government model at the People's Committee of An Huu commune still has some difficulties and limitations such as the connection speed is sometimes slow, the commune is upgrading the internal line to better serve the people.
The center still has some contents that do not meet the prescribed standards such as: small area, arrangement of transaction counters, waiting areas, and parking areas.
Working with the People's Committee of An Huu Commune, Comrade Pham Van Chuan requested the People's Committee to continue to urgently overcome the remaining difficulties to ensure the settlement of administrative procedures for the people in a convenient and quick manner. The People's Committee of the Commune also promptly reported to the province the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of operating the two-level government for timely support and resolution.
