In the field of land, there are cases of land change registration (donation, inheritance) and at the same time issuing new certificates, because the Provincial People's Committee has not yet issued a Decision replacing Decision No. 68/2024/QD-UBND dated October 31, 2024 on the Regulations on receiving, transferring records, resolving, and returning results of administrative procedures in the field of land in Tien Giang province, so the procedures for receiving records are not known, so the documents are explained and rescheduled.
In the field of justice and civil status, it is required to submit 100% of the application documents online. However, in many cases, people have not yet done level 2 electronic identification, so officers must guide the police to do level 2 identification, then continue to submit the application documents at the Center...

According to the leaders of the People's Committee, Ngu Hiep is an agricultural commune with over 70% of its agricultural land specializing in durian cultivation. There are about 200 fruit purchasing and exporting enterprises operating in the area. Ngu Hiep is a key commune of the province. The construction and development of the commune is of special importance. Therefore, the Party Committee of the commune needs to focus on leadership so that the commune can develop comprehensively, civilizedly and prosperously.
