At the meeting, the leaders of My Tinh An commune quickly reported on the implementation of tasks after the merger, emphasizing the work of perfecting the organizational structure, clearly assigning staff, and avoiding work interruptions. Currently, the commune has stabilized its staff and civil servants, continuing to promote administrative reform, ensuring good service to the people's needs.
After the merger, the commune expanded to an area of 41,211 km2 , the population increased to 36,484 people, and the workload was therefore greater. However, with a proactive and highly responsible spirit, the commune staff quickly caught up and smoothly operated the following areas: Installing and testing the Operational Management System, serving the management, operation and exchange of electronic documents; receiving and processing administrative records; managing residential areas and maintaining security and order.

Thereby, from July 1, the Public Administration Service Center has operated and received and processed 113 files, of which 1 file was in the field of transaction contracts, 24 files were in the field of signature authentication, and 88 files were in the field of copy authentication.
Comrade Dinh Van Dung highly appreciated the efforts and determination of the commune government in the process of receiving and operating after the merger. He emphasized that the merger of administrative units is not only to arrange boundaries, but also an important stepping stone to improve management efficiency, service quality for people and promote socio -economic development at the grassroots level.
He suggested that the commune should quickly issue regulations and rules to suit local realities. It is necessary to pay attention to the work of securing the records of cadres and party members, along with completing documents for the commune-level congress. Finally, he emphasized the importance of digital transformation and supporting applications in administrative management. In addition, it is necessary to promptly detect any shortcomings arising after the merger to report to competent authorities for consideration and appropriate adjustment.
On this occasion, the delegation also inspected the “One-stop shop” department and acknowledged the serious and responsible working spirit of the staff and civil servants of My Tinh An commune. People who came to do procedures were all guided enthusiastically, their documents were processed quickly, creating satisfaction and trust.
