According to a representative of the Center for Culture, Sports and Communications of Le Thanh Nghi Ward (Hai Phong City), on the evenings of July 5 and 6 (this Saturday and Sunday), the walking street and Bach Dang night market (old Hai Duong City) will reopen under a new management model.

This weekend, Bach Dang walking street and night market will have a special cultural program.

Accordingly, from July 2025, Bach Dang walking street and night market will be directly managed by the People's Committee of Le Thanh Nghi ward (formerly managed by the People's Committee of Hai Duong city).

This weekend, the walking street and Bach Dang night market will have a special art program to celebrate the event of Hai Duong province merging with Hai Phong city. The art program will be held at the "Connecting passion" stage.

Cultural and artistic activities are still held on weekends and there will be special programs on anniversaries and major holidays of the homeland and country.

Bach Dang walking street and night market continue to organize activities every Saturday and Sunday evening.

In the coming time, the People's Committee of Le Thanh Nghi Ward plans to invest in check-in points, identify the walking street, and Bach Dang night market to renew and attract people to visit and have fun. The People's Committee of the ward encourages clubs, art dance groups in the whole province, local people and businesses to participate in building a civilized - friendly - memorable walking street space.
