Many key projects and works ensure quality and progress, especially many projects are ahead of schedule, meeting the requirements of technical infrastructure development, promoting socio -economic development of the province.

Speaking at the Congress, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mai Xuan Liem acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and results achieved by the Party Committee of the Project Management Board for Investment in Construction of Civil and Industrial Works during the past term.
He emphasized: “The Party Committee of the Board has clearly demonstrated its sense of responsibility, overcoming many difficulties such as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, fluctuations in raw material prices, and obstacles in site clearance to ensure the progress and quality of the projects, contributing significantly to the completion of infrastructure and the driving force for socio-economic development of the province”.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mai Xuan Liem requested that in the last 6 months of 2025 and the next term, the Party Committee of the Board needs to clearly identify key tasks, improve professional quality, speed up the progress of projects, and ensure technical and aesthetic requirements.
"After the Congress, the Party Committee must soon issue a specialized resolution on improving the quality of the staff, perfecting the management process with the spirit of "one person can do many things", and maximizing the role and responsibility of each Party member in performing tasks," he stated.
In addition, the Board needs to promote its role as a focal point for project management, proactively develop a scientific and effective project organization plan, associated with the responsibility of each Party member and cadre; in particular, it is necessary to focus on building a clean and strong Party organization, fully implementing the directives and resolutions of the Central and Provincial Party Committees; at the same time, constantly innovate and create to meet the requirements of professional tasks in the new period.
The Congress focused on discussing and analyzing the advantages, difficulties and challenges in the new political context; requirements on project progress and quality; agreeing on the main goals for the 2025-2030 term such as: Well performing the tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee on schedule, ensuring quality; completing the payment and settlement work well; 90% of cadres and party members completing their tasks well, of which 15-20% completed them excellently; continuing to innovate project management work towards professionalism, modernity, transparency and efficiency.
