The contents and criteria of the competition include: Highest will, awareness, and responsibility; highest performance in political tasks; strictest legal compliance and discipline; military administrative reform, breakthrough innovation, creativity, digital transformation, and the implementation of the "Digital Education for All" movement with the highest results.
