As planned, the ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Construction to recognize Kinh Mon town as a type III urban area will be held at 7:00 p.m. on December 20, at Nguyen Dai Nang Square.

At the ceremony, there will be a low-altitude fireworks display lasting about 20 minutes with 150 sets, funded by socialized sources. The town's Military Command will advise on making a report to request approval, preside over the development of a survey plan, and draw a diagram of the fireworks display to celebrate the event.

Kinh Mon Town People's Committee assigned specific tasks to specialized departments, agencies and units to prepare to organize a solemn and safe event.

The ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Construction to recognize Kinh Mon town as a type III urban area is an important political event, marking the results in leadership and direction in implementing the goals of the Resolution of the 25th Town Party Congress, term 2020-2025; recognizing the positive contributions and consensus of all classes of people, especially after 5 years of striving to build and develop Kinh Mon town (2019-2024).

At the ceremony, the Party Committee, government and people of Kinh Mon town also received the Second Class Labor Medal fromthe President .
