The Center has its headquarters at Hung Vuong Avenue, Hac Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa Province.

The Center has a Director and Deputy Directors. Specialized and professional departments, including the Administrative Organization Department; Exhibition Department; Service - Advertising - Propaganda Department. The number of employees of the Center is determined based on job positions according to the functional requirements, tasks, and organizational structure of the unit, including the number of employees receiving salaries from the state budget and the number of employees receiving salaries from career revenue sources assigned and approved by the Provincial People's Committee.
