evolving, implementing Decision No. 90/QD-BTC dated July 1, 2025 of the Organizing Committee of the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day on approving the Project of exhibition of socio-economic achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day, the City People's Committee has the following instructions:
Regarding the construction, decoration and operation of the capital's own space, the Hanoi Institute for Socio-Economic Development Research, the Department of Industry and Trade, and the Department of Agriculture and Environment shall coordinate to organize the construction, decoration and operation of the space displaying the capital's cultural, economic and social achievements in thematic subdivision "Rich province, strong country" and other subdivisions in which the city participates.
Regarding traffic organization and security and safety, the City Police Department will coordinate with the Department of Construction and relevant units to plan and organize traffic flow; ensure traffic order and safety, fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and develop specific scenarios and plans.
Regarding medical work and food safety, the city assigned the Department of Health to establish a medical working group, prepare vehicles, supplies, and essential medicines; organize health care, medical care, and ensure food safety for exhibition participants.
Regarding the organization of kick-off activities, festivals, and art performances, the city assigned the Department of Culture and Sports to front over and coordinate with relevant units to organize festivals, creative camps, art performances, tourism fairs, and cuisine to serve the people and visitors.
Regarding propaganda and promotion, the Department of Culture and Sports upgrades the landscape, arranges banners and posters in residential areas, tourist attractions, and exhibition areas; directs press and media agencies to report news and articles before, during, and after the exhibition. The Department of Finance is responsible for guiding the preparation, evaluation, approval, and arrangement of budget estimates for implementation and settlement in accordance with regulations.
