Gia Lam Commune Youth Union Secretary Le Thi Thuy Duong shared that this is an activity to promote the pioneering role of young people in supporting the stable operation of commune-level authorities, helping cadres, civil servants and people access and effectively use public services and digital platforms. Through volunteer activities at the commune's Public Administration Service Point, it helps create an environment for training and dedication for young people, contributing to building digital government and digital society from the grassroots level.

In Bat Trang commune , with the spirit of "new commune - new spirit", union members and young people clearly demonstrated dynamism, initiative and responsibility, actively coordinating with professional staff to guide people in filling out documents, using new forms according to regulations; supporting people and businesses in using online public services at levels 3 and 4, using electronic identification accounts, installing VNeID applications; accessing national and local public service portals, submitting documents online...

Secretary of Bat Trang Commune Youth Union Nguyen Hong Quang affirmed that this is a practical activity, clearly demonstrating the pioneering, voluntary, creative and community responsibility role of Bat Trang youth in the transition period of the two-level local government model.
