Previously, on August 5, during the transaction, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy discovered unusual signs when customer Doan Chanh Hien (born in 1956, residing in Son Hoa commune) was preparing to transfer 30 million VND following instructions from a fake call from a competent authority.

With her sensitivity and sense of responsibility, Ms. Thuy promptly explained and advised customers to stop transactions, and at the same time guided the steps to ensure the safety of customers' assets.
