Establish and rename 26 grassroots youth organizations under the Provincial Youth Union

After implementing the policy of merging the provinces, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Dak Lak province received 88 grassroots organizations (TCCS) of affiliated unions. Of which, there were 56 grassroots youth union branches and 32 grassroots unions, with a total of 11,333 union members.

Based on documents on the merger and consolidation of agencies and units in Dak Lak province after the province's merger; Decision on receiving the Provincial Youth Union's Youth Union branches and the actual situation, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee established 16 Youth Union branches on the basis of merging and consolidating youth organizations at the merged and consolidated agencies and units; renamed 10 Youth Union branches according to the name of the new agency or unit and kept the name and level of the remaining Youth Union branches.

Specifically, the newly established Youth Union branches include: Dak Lak Department of Industry and Trade; Dak Lak Newspaper, Radio and Television; Dak Lak Department of Construction; Dak Lak Department of Finance; Dak Lak Department of Science and Technology; Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union; Dak Lak Department of Justice; Dak Lak People's Court; Dak Lak People's Procuracy; Dak Lak Department of Home Affairs; Dak Lak Post Office; Dak Lak Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Dak Lak Department of Agriculture and Environment; Dak Lak Electricity Company; Dak Lak Department of Health; Dak Lak Tax.

Youth union members and grassroots union organizations participate in experiential activities.

The renamed Youth Unions include: Youth Union of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Party Building Committee; Youth Union of Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation; Youth Union of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Office; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Phu Yen General Hospital; Youth Union of Phu Yen Traditional Medicine Hospital; Youth Union of Dak Lak Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital; Youth Union of Dak Lak Provincial Project Management and Construction Board; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Phu Yen Vocational Education Center - Continuing Education; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Phu Yen High School for Ethnic Minorities; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Dak Lak Provincial Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital.

The establishment and arrangement of the Youth Union organization corresponds to the arrangement of the Party organization, agencies, units and is suitable to the actual situation of the Youth Union organization. At the same time, it is an important step to rearrange the Youth Union organizations before handing them over to the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Provincial Party agencies and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee in the coming time; in order to reduce the number of units directly under the Provincial Youth Union, streamline the apparatus, increase the effectiveness of coordination and support for grassroots youth union activities.
