At the meeting, Deputy Secretary of Phu My Ward Party Committee Nguyen Doan Tiet Phuong said that after more than a week of official operation, Phu My Ward Public Administration Service Center has received 368 procedures with 1,719 records. Of which, 311 records are under the authority of the ward; the remaining 1,408 records are related to social insurance, land..., not under the authority of the locality.
The leaders of Phu My ward proposed that the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Regional Social Insurance, and the City Police soon direct and arrange counters and personnel to receive and return results of documents under the jurisdiction of the department and branch at the Public Administration Service Center of the ward to help people conveniently transact.
Ms. Huynh Thi Phuc, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ho Chi Minh City, suggested that Phu My ward should speed up the process of handling administrative records, not letting people wait for a long time.
