Nam Sach supports the implementation of 20 OCOP products in 2025

Nam Sach district has decided to support the implementation of 20 OCOP products in 2025 in the fields of spices, handicrafts, household appliances and alcoholic beverages.

After checking, reviewing and preliminarily evaluating the products registered to participate in the OCOP Program in 2025 in the area, the People's Committee of Nam Sach district decided to support the standardization costs for 20 products (including 17 registered products and 3 re-registered products).

These products are from business households, single-member LLCs and joint stock companies in the fields of spices, handicrafts, household appliances and alcoholic beverages.

Nam Sach district will support nearly 1.6 billion VND to standardize OCOP products, including implementing the following items: Product development consulting; building product profiles; packaging design; product quality analysis; codes, barcodes, traceability stamps, trademark protection, etc.

In addition, the locality will also support the construction of a channel to introduce and sell OCOP products associated with gift products. Participate in fairs and exhibitions inside and outside the district and province to introduce, sign, cooperate, trade and consume products.

After nearly 5 years of implementing the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program, Nam Sach district has now had 56 products achieving OCOP star ratings, of which 5 products have been proposed for 5-star recognition, 15 products have achieved 4 stars and 36 products have achieved 3 stars. This is one of the localities with many OCOP products in the province.
