HDBank's Medipay Kiosk system is a solution to automate the medical examination and treatment registration process and data management, deployed at Phu Yen Regional General Hospital, integrating three features, including: Quick medical examination and treatment registration, shortening administrative procedures and optimizing hospital operations; standardizing patient data thanks to direct connection to the Ministry of Public Security 's electronic identification system via chip-embedded CCCD, ensuring accurate and synchronous information; cashless hospital fee payment with direct link to bank accounts, helping patients transact quickly, limiting cash contact, improving transparency and security.
Currently, Phu Yen Regional General Hospital receives more than 300 patients/day, with a scale of 298 beds. The application of Medical Kiosk helps people to pay and advance hospital fees without cash, reducing pressure on the cashier area, increasing service efficiency and improving the quality of medical examination and treatment.
Phu Yen Regional General Hospital will continue to review and improve operating procedures, provide training for staff, and at the same time promote and guide people to access and effectively use the new system, contributing to improving patient satisfaction.
