Captain Tran Anh Ninh, Deputy Head of Dien Bien Province Drug Rehabilitation Center, said: Currently, the Center has 86/535 illiterate or re-illiterate students, most of whom are ethnic minorities over 35 years old.
Organizing literacy classes for students is part of the comprehensive rehabilitation program that the unit is implementing with the goal of not only helping students give up drugs but also opening up opportunities for students to adapt and confidently integrate into the community.
