Hon Gai Coal Selection Company: Commending advanced models in the period 2020 - 2024

On the afternoon of July 9, Hon Gai Coal Selection Company held a conference to review Party work, production and business activities, and Youth Union activities in the first 6 months of the year, deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2025, and at the same time summarize 10 years of implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo and commend typical advanced models in the period 2020-2024.

In the first 6 months of the year, the Company's Party Committee closely followed the direction of the TKV Party Committee, promptly issued resolutions to comprehensively lead political tasks and production and business. The basic production and business targets all reached 50 to 52% of the yearly plan. Specifically, purchased coal reached more than 5.8 million tons, consumed coal 5.94 million tons; average income of workers reached 15.43 million VND/person/month.

The company maintains stable production, ensures safety, protects the environment and effectively implements key investment projects. In the last 6 months of the year, the company strives to consume over 6 million tons of coal, produce nearly 2 million tons of clean coal, aiming for a growth target of over 8%.

Along with that, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style according to Directive 05-CT/TW has become a regular, in-depth and widely spread activity throughout the Company. In the past 10 years, the Company has organized 4 thematic conferences with over 500 participants each conference; 100% of cadres and party members have developed plans to follow Uncle Ho in conjunction with assigned tasks; more than 1,500 news, articles and propaganda reports have been published in the media. The Company has also issued 18 plans and 15 directive documents, forming regulations on ethical standards throughout the Party. Thereby, the sense of responsibility, awareness of self-cultivation, setting an example, democracy and solidarity have been clearly promoted, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization, without signs of degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" within the organization.
