Many new proposals and recommendations from the business community
The meeting is an important forum to evaluate the results of resolving opinions and recommendations of associations and business associations at the previous meeting; at the same time, it is an opportunity for leaders of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee to continue listening to new proposals and recommendations from the business community, thereby promptly removing difficulties and promoting production and business.

Accordingly, since the previous meeting, the Provincial People's Committee has received 15 recommendations from associations, business associations and enterprises in the area.
Up to now, 11 petitions have been answered and guided for handling, focusing on contents such as: land rental price; adjusting land use planning until 2030 in accordance with the current situation in the project area; land rental procedures; proposing financial support for renting/purchasing digital transformation software in business administration; applying mechanisms and policies to support enterprises of the province; removing difficulties in investing in fire prevention and fighting infrastructure at Hung Loc Industrial Park (former Vinh City), now Vinh Loc Ward...

The remaining 4 petitions are being considered and resolved by the authorities in the coming time. Before this meeting, the Provincial People's Committee also received 20 new petitions related to contents such as: determining land prices, site clearance, ensuring security and order...
At the meeting, there were more direct opinions raised by the business community, focusing on issues of land lease, land prices, biomass power development, management of industrial cluster activities when implementing the 2-level local government organization model...

In addition to specific recommendations, Mr. Tran Anh Son - Chairman of the Provincial Association of Outstanding Enterprises also proposed to re-examine the organizational model of the business community in the province into a single business association, and the current business associations and associations could become affiliated branches. In addition, he also proposed to study the organization of business associations at the previous district level in the model of organizing two-level local government.

At the meeting, in response to the recommendations, leaders of some departments such as: Agriculture and Environment; Industry and Trade; Finance; Culture, Sports and Tourism responded to specific contents. The Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee at the meeting raised opinions, especially contents to continue to improve the effectiveness of the meetings in the spirit of accompanying businesses.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van De hoped to hear more suggestions from businesses such as: shortening the time for approving investment policies, land procedures, as well as environmental licensing processes, tax incentives, related administrative procedures; reflecting more specifically on difficulties in accessing raw materials, input human resources, as well as the current situation and recommendations for the output market...

Regarding the responsibility of departments and branches in handling recommendations and proposals from enterprises, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Phu Hien requested that relevant departments and branches must respond specifically, have clear solutions and propose solutions to resolve them, including resolving even small issues, so that seemingly simple matters do not affect the province's investment environment.
Support and accompany businesses to develop sustainably
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh sincerely thanked the enthusiastic and responsible opinions from the Associations, Unions and businessmen at the meeting. On that basis, the province fully accepted and recorded to continue to direct more drastic and effective handling in the coming time.

Regarding the specific recommendations raised at the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directly discussed, clarified and assigned specific tasks to relevant departments and branches, with the requirement to respond thoroughly in the spirit of supporting and accompanying businesses.
Providing more information about the socio-economic situation in the first 6 months of the year, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said: Although the province has to carry out many important tasks in the context of many adverse impacts from the world situation, growth and results are still relatively positive. However, the last 6 months of 2025 will still have many pressures and difficulties, requiring the drastic participation of the entire political system and government.

In particular, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that Associations, Associations and enterprises will continue to share and accompany the province, promote investment, production and business, and contribute to local economic development with the spirit of "real investment, real work". The provincial leaders affirmed their commitment to accompany and support the business community.

Regarding associations and business associations, comrade Le Hong Vinh suggested continuing to promote the role of representing and protecting the rights of members; at the same time, strengthening coordination and sharing with State management agencies to jointly remove difficulties for businesses, including legal advice and support in the context of legal regulations.

Regarding the proposal to merge business associations into one focal point, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his support for the policy, considering this a suitable direction to improve operational efficiency and increase connectivity between businesses and the government; thereby requesting relevant organizations to proactively work and agree on a plan on the basis of voluntariness.
