
From July 1, the Hanoi City Tax Department's apparatus was arranged to include 16 departments (the departments almost kept their old names) and 25 basic tax units (corresponding to the previous 25 tax teams), in which each basic tax unit of Hanoi City monitors and manages the wards and communes.
Faced with an increasingly large workload, the Tax sector has made efforts to both arrange and consolidate the organizational structure according to the two-level local government model, while ensuring the full and smooth maintenance of taxpayer support activities.
Since July 1, Hanoi City Tax Department has been operating smoothly and effectively, best serving the people and businesses. Administrative management and tax management at Tax Departments at all levels have not been interrupted.
In particular, the new model helps taxpayers more conveniently carry out administrative procedures, while meeting the requirements of digital transformation and modernization of the tax sector.
