Nam A Bank's technological imprint in the era of national growth

(Dan Tri) - Participating in the National Achievement Exhibition "80 Years of Independence - Freedom - Happiness Journey", Nam A Bank left a special mark on technology, products and services, contributing to the development of Vietnam's banking industry.

The exhibition “80 Years of Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness” aims to honor and introduce the country's outstanding achievements over 80 years of protection, construction and development under the leadership of the Party and State.

The Vietnamese banking industry participated in the exhibition with the theme "Vietnamese banking industry - Proud of the past, steadfast in the present, creating the future". The industry's exhibition booth provided a comprehensive picture of the "lifeblood" role of the economy , accompanying the country's development.

The exhibition booth is divided into 5 thematic zones, including: Party and State leaders with the banking industry; Imprints of Vietnamese banks; Vietnamese banks - trust and pride; Vietnamese currency - Affirming sovereignty , accompanying the country's development; Modern banking services, interactive experiences.

At the event, Nam A Bank brought many experiences of advanced banking technology integrated in the digital ecosystem such as: Open Banking digital bank (opening EKYC accounts, cross-border payments via QR codes in Cambodia, Laos, Thailand); OPBA Robot and other outstanding products and services... to meet the increasingly diverse needs of customers.

The bank said it is about to deploy a new core banking version to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. This system helps increase transaction processing speed, ensuring stability and high security. At the same time, Nam A Bank will launch Open Banking Gen Z with a focus on young people, providing a modern and flexible digital banking experience. This version focuses on a simple, easy-to-use interface, high personalization capabilities and integration of diverse financial services.

In parallel, along with commercial banks, during more than 3 decades of development, Nam A Bank has made an important contribution in accompanying the State Bank in implementing policies to support businesses and the economy, especially in the fields of green production and business and high-tech agriculture .

The Bank also actively participates in green credit programs, cooperates with international funds and organizations to promote funding for environmentally friendly projects. Over the years, Nam A Bank has "greened" its credit portfolio, continuously building a diverse portfolio of green credit products. The Bank continues to make significant contributions to the green credit sector, implementing a green credit value chain with a focus on agriculture, aquaculture and renewable energy, contributing to the Government's Net Zero goal by 2050.

In addition, Nam A Bank has participated in and successfully handled 3 specially controlled people's credit funds in Dong Nai and has been highly appreciated by the State Bank for its proactive and positive spirit in implementing the policy of restructuring people's credit funds.

In addition to business activities, Nam A Bank is also a pioneer in social activities. The bank has spent hundreds of billions of VND implementing many meaningful community-oriented programs and projects across the country such as: building bridges and roads to connect traffic, supporting natural disasters and epidemics, building and repairing hundreds of houses for people in disadvantaged areas, etc.

Most recently, Nam A Bank has accompanied Dien Bien province in building the A Pa Chai Flagpole. The project is not only a symbol affirming the sacred national sovereignty but also a cultural and historical tourism highlight, contributing to arousing national pride and solidarity.
