To effectively implement Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo, the Embassy has proactively connected Vietnamese digital technology enterprises with Japanese partners, and applied the "3-house" coordination model (State - Scientists - Enterprises). This model initially helps Vietnamese enterprises better integrate into the Japanese market, promoting overseas intellectual resources. Notably,FPT Japan is coordinating with the Embassy to deploy a Digital Platform connecting the knowledge of Vietnamese and Japanese scientists, creating a common research channel to solve practical technological problems.

Along with business connection activities, the Embassy identifies science and technology and digital transformation as the focus of its foreign affairs, especially when Japan is promoting the application of technology to cope with population aging and labor shortage. Implementing this orientation, the Prime Minister of Vietnam has approved the policy of establishing the Digital Transformation Association, bringing together more than 30 members who are information technology enterprises of various scales. Vietnamese technology startups are demonstrating a spirit of strong solidarity and mutual support to gradually affirm their position in the international market. In this process, the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan plays an important role as a bridge, accompanying businesses in approaching and cooperating with Japanese partners.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Bui Hoang Phuong highly appreciated and acknowledged the efforts of the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan in promoting science and technology cooperation, and emphasized the pioneering role of the diplomatic representative agency in supporting Vietnamese digital technology enterprises to integrate and develop in the Japanese market.
