Since the beginning of the term, the Party Committees of grassroots Party organizations under the Party Committee have joined with the leaders of agencies and units to advise and propose to the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to effectively implement the working directions, political tasks and all aspects of the work of agencies, units and organizations. At the same time, attention has been paid to consolidating, improving and improving the quality of all types of grassroots Party organizations. The quality of activities has been significantly improved, with the percentage of Party members participating in activities reaching 98.05%; the content of thematic activities has been innovated and the quality has been improved. Party member work continues to be directed to innovate, focusing on education, training, assignment and management of Party members.
The Party Committee at the grassroots level focuses on building a team of cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees, especially leaders and managers, who have gradually matured, have strong political will, high sense of organization and discipline, and strictly comply with the Party's directives and resolutions and the State's laws. The achieved results contribute to the effective implementation of the resolution of the An Giang Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. The Party Committee builds the core goal of improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; promoting the exemplary role of cadres and party members; building a truly clean and strong Party Committee. Lead cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers to strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, successfully complete political tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of the resolution of the Provincial Party Congress of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2025 - 2030 term and the resolution of the 12th Provincial Party Congress. Strengthen political and ideological education, inspection, supervision, mass mobilization and effectively launch the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization"; Consolidate strong political and social organizations, participate in effective Party and government building.

In that context, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agencies needs to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovate thinking, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization, strengthen discipline, proactively grasp the situation, promptly advise and make effective proposals, contributing to the successful implementation of the province's political goals and tasks in the 2025 - 2030 term.
Party Committees Provincial Party agencies promote the application of digital technology, administrative reform associated with improving the effectiveness of Party building work; innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities, thematic activities, ensuring practicality, closeness to functions and tasks and contributing to solving practical problems.
