Ministry of Public Security mobilizes troops to protect the 80th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day September 2

Major General Nguyen Quoc Toan, Chief of Office, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Public Security , Deputy Head of the Standing Subcommittee of the Security and Order Subcommittee for the Anniversary Ceremony, affirmed that the Subcommittee has resolutely directed the synchronous and comprehensive implementation of solutions and measures to ensure security and order for the anniversary ceremony.

According to Major General Nguyen Quoc Toan, the Ministry of Public Security has focused on synchronously and comprehensively implementing many activities to ensure security and order; up to now, the implementation of plans in the field has basically been connected, synchronized, interconnected, forming a closed "inside - outside", "above - below" security network and posture.

At the same time, the Ministry of Public Security simultaneously launched 8 peak points to fight against crime and illegal immigration nationwide, contributing to ensuring an orderly and safe environment for commemorative activities.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung, Director of Hanoi Police, emphasized that the Hanoi police force is determined to excellently complete the task of ensuring absolute security and safety for the celebration.

Deputy Minister of Public Security, Senior Lieutenant General Pham The Tung acknowledged, highly appreciated and commended the initial results in ensuring security and order at the celebration.
