At 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 30, 2025, the General Rehearsal for the Parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2, will take place at Ba Dinh Square and the central streets of Hanoi. The night before the General Rehearsal, a large number of people gathered on the central streets near Ba Dinh Square to wait, in the heavy rain, the bustling atmosphere still filled the streets.

The general rehearsal of the parade and march to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day was held at Ba Dinh Square and central streets along the parade route with a scale equivalent to the official ceremony. This was the last and most important parade and march rehearsal before the Great Day.

The time for the general rehearsal of the A80 parade is 06:30, Saturday morning, August 30, 2025. Backup date: August 31, 2025.
