The congress unanimously set out 15 main targets, including striving for an average annual growth rate of 14.12% in the total state budget revenue in the area; 5-year budget revenue in the area reaching 12.5 billion VND; growth rate of total product value in the area reaching 7.5%; total social investment capital in the period of 2026 - 2030 reaching 3,000 billion VND; average income per capita by 2030 compared to 2025 increasing by 33.33% (88 million VND/year)...

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee to appoint 32 comrades to join the Executive Committee of the Vinh Hau Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee has 11 comrades.
