At the conference, Vice Chairman of Bat Trang Commune People's Committee Do Thanh Thuan reported on the results of implementing socio -economic development tasks in the first 6 months of the year and the socio-economic development plan for the last 6 months of 2025. In particular, the state budget revenue in the commune in the first 6 months of 2025 reached 39,159 billion VND, equal to 66.9% of the assigned estimate; total local budget expenditure in the first 6 months of 2025 was 34,871 billion VND, equal to 42.1% of the assigned estimate.

At the conference, delegates discussed solutions to implement budget revenue and expenditure, land use management, agricultural production development, natural disaster prevention in the area, digitalization of agricultural products; and measures to promote propaganda about Party Congresses at all levels.
The conference also unanimously approved reports on the establishment of subcommittees to serve the Congress; the plan for allocating delegates to the 1st Bat Trang Commune Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; the regime of regular meetings with Party cells and Party Committees; the plan to implement Regulation No. 11-QD/TU dated February 18, 2019 of the Politburo on "Responsibilities of Party Committee leaders in receiving people, having direct dialogue with people and handling people's reflections and recommendations".
