At the same time, strictly implement the order to receive and distribute technical equipment and ammunition; maintain and ensure good technical coefficients of motorbike equipment. Implement well the routine of preserving and regularly maintaining technical equipment according to regulations; actively consolidate and synchronize the technical status of weapons and equipment. Participate in building and reporting to the Ministry of National Defense to deploy the 5th generation (5G) specialized mobile information system, VINASAT-3 satellite information system. Actively prepare technical equipment to serve the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2.
Regarding digital transformation, the Information and Communications Corps proactively reported to the Ministry of National Defense on adjusting the organization to ensure information and communications for local military agencies when organizing a two-level local government. Issue the e-Government Architecture version 3.0 of the Corps; deploy a shared database within the Corps; synchronously implement measures to enhance information security and network security.
Deploying digital certificates and digital signatures to affiliated units reached 100%; personal digital signatures reached 99.97%; completing the deployment of personal digital signatures at the battalion level. Concluding the inspection, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh requested that in the coming time, the Signal Corps continue to effectively implement resolutions, directives, and plans from above on improving the quality of technical work, especially the Campaign "Management and exploitation of good, durable, safe, economical, and traffic-safe technical weapons and equipment".
Ensure adequate, good quality, and synchronous technical equipment for missions, with priority given to key areas, seas, islands, airspace protection, borders, etc. Organize technical training to ensure content, time, and quality. Invest in and supplement technological equipment to improve technical assurance capacity for brigade-level technical assurance centers, information repair workshops, and mobile technical assurance teams.
Along with that, the Information and Communications Corps needs to focus on implementing the "Digital Popularization" Movement effectively and practically. Participate in developing infrastructure to serve digital transformation for agencies and units in the Ministry of National Defense. Build a digital ecosystem for the technical sector; perfect software applications to put into effective use in technical management and operation. Standardize and digitize technical work processes.
In addition, continue to promote research and application of some key technologies of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution such as Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), big data, cloud computing, blockchain, research and manufacture of communication equipment.
