Son Nam Ward: 27 hectares of bananas are granted export growing area codes.
Son Nam Ward currently has 430 hectares of banana plantations, mainly concentrated in the area outside the Red River dike. Of these, 50 hectares of banana plantations owned by Phu Cuong Agricultural Cooperative and Tien Thanh Clean Banana Production and Consumption Cooperative meet VietGap standards; 2 banana growing areas with a total area of 27 hectares are granted banana growing area codes for export to the Chinese market.
