Establish 2 working groups to support the implementation of administrative procedures on land

Director of Lao Cai Province Department of Agriculture and Environment Tran Minh Sang has signed a decision to establish two specialized working groups to support 99 communes and wards in the area in carrying out administrative procedures on land and operating land databases according to new regulations.

According to Decision 2, the working group consists of 109 members, of which group 1 has 48 members and group 2 has 61 members. Each working group consists of members with expertise from units under the Department and the Provincial Land Registration Office.

The teams will directly guide the People's Committees at the commune level on the procedures for registration, granting land use right certificates, updating, adjusting changes and entering data into the land data system.

In addition to guiding procedures, the working group also supports the collection, standardization of land data and data entry into the database system. The groups will guide localities to operate the system effectively, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the management and resolution of administrative records.

The working group is responsible for coordinating the review of administrative procedure implementation processes, detecting problems, proposing solutions, and contributing to improving the quality of service to people and businesses.
