Establishment of Gia Lai Provincial Economic Zone Management Board

Decision 1498/QD-TTg stipulates the establishment of Gia Lai Provincial Economic Zone Management Board on the basis of merging Binh Dinh Provincial Economic Zone Management Board and Gia Lai Provincial Economic Zone Management Board.

Gia Lai Provincial Economic Zone Management Board (hereinafter referred to as the Management Board) is an agency under the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee, performing the function of direct state management of industrial parks and economic zones (including border economic zones) in Gia Lai province; managing and organizing the implementation of the function of providing public administrative services and other support services related to investment, production and business activities for enterprises in economic zones (including border economic zones) and industrial parks according to the provisions of law.

Establishment of Dung Quat Economic Zone Management Board and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks

Decision 1499/QD-TTg clearly states the establishment of the Dung Quat Economic Zone Management Board and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks on the basis of merging the Dung Quat Economic Zone Management Board and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks and the Kon Tum Provincial Economic Zone Management Board.

Management Board of Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks (hereinafter referred to as the Management Board) is an agency under the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, performing the function of direct state management over economic zones (including border economic zones), industrial parks in Quang Ngai province; managing and organizing the implementation of the function of providing public administrative services and other support services related to investment, production and business activities for enterprises in economic zones (including border economic zones), industrial parks according to the provisions of law.

The above Management Boards have legal status, accounts, and seals with the National Emblem; state administrative management funds, career operation funds of the Management Board, and development investment capital are provided by the state budget according to plans and other funding sources according to regulations of competent state agencies.

The Management Board performs duties and powers according to current laws.

The Head of the Management Board shall submit to the People's Committee of Gia Lai and Quang Ngai provinces for specific regulations on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Management Board in accordance with the provisions of law.
