According to Mr. Luong Quoc Toan, Deputy General Director of Phu Giang Paper and Packaging Company - the project investor, Bac Ninh Phoenix Complex International Foreign Relations Center, in addition to the projects that have been put into operation, the enterprise is focusing resources to continue to speed up the construction progress, completing the interior package of the Phoenix Hotel with about 120 high-class rooms, expected to be completed and put into operation in August. Thereby, creating more highlights in urban space, meeting the needs of urban services and utilities, as well as improving the quality of trade and services in the province, especially the process of completing the goal of becoming a centrally-run city.
In recent days, despite the alternating rainy and sunny weather, construction workers at the Thien Dong Industrial Park Trade and Service Center project (Song Khe - Noi Hoang Industrial Park) have been actively working on interior packages such as: Painting, doors, plastic ceilings... striving to put the project into operation in August. It is known that the project started construction in November 2024, with the purpose of providing business services, including renting houses as offices, conference halls, restaurants, mini supermarkets... When put into operation, it will contribute to promoting the socio -economic development process, creating jobs for many workers, creating highlights for the space as well as promoting trade and service activities in the industrial parks.
Similarly, a representative of the Management Board of the Nenh Ward Mixed Service Trade Center Project said that the project has now completed 99% of the structure, with the deployment of 3 consecutive shifts a day, the construction unit strives to top off the project on July 5, about 50 days earlier than planned. At the same time, the goal is to complete the entire project and put it into use in March next year (4 months ahead of schedule).

In particular, recently, the investors of AeonMall Vietnam's project in Bac Giang and Tan Tien wards are being accompanied by the provincial authorities to remove difficulties and obstacles, support investors with procedures, and speed up the project progress. This is an investment project to build a commercial center combined with office business and tourism activities on a large scale of nearly 7.7 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 4 trillion VND, thereby opening up opportunities and development potential for high-quality commercial and service centers.
According to the representative of the Department of Construction, the province's functional sector has been and will continue to pay attention to the general orientation to develop compact urban areas, synchronous infrastructure associated with trade and service development. Prioritize the development of urban areas in the direction of ecology, intelligence, modernity, creating momentum to promote the development of logistics services, science - technology, innovation, digital transformation, trade economy, night-time economy... At the same time, focus on supporting businesses to remove difficulties and obstacles arising in site clearance, land allocation, land lease and legal procedures, creating favorable conditions for investors to implement projects on trade and services. Thereby contributing to promoting the process of turning Bac Ninh into a centrally-run city.
