At the same time, coordinate with the two regions to review the types of educational services being implemented to unify advice for the People's Committee to submit to the People's Council in the upcoming session.

Preside over and coordinate with the Department of Management of Non-Public Educational Institutions, the Department of Organization and Personnel and the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones to regularly inspect and review the operation of non-public educational institutions, ensuring that units organize teaching and learning in accordance with the provisions of law.

Coordinates with the University of Education and Saigon University to order training for subjects with recruitment needs but lacking teachers. At the same time, builds software to effectively manage the list of managers to advise on appointment plans and decentralizes to the People's Committees of wards and communes to appoint managers according to regulations. The Department assigns the Department of Management of Non-Public Educational Institutions to manage the compliance with legal regulations of non-public educational institutions. Preside over and coordinate with other departments under the Department to study legal documents to advise and ensure that the documents issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training are not entangled in legal content.
