At about 4:50 a.m. the same day, a working group of Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 - Traffic Police Department of Lam Dong Public Security led by Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Sy Triu was patrolling at Km1933+800 of Ho Chi Minh Road.

At this time, the soldiers received urgent information about a couple on a motorbike who had an accident at Km1934+500. The wife, Ly Thi Song (25 years old), was pregnant and showing signs of labor and needed to be taken to the hospital immediately.

The task force quickly approached and put both of them in a special vehicle, turned on the priority siren, and drove straight to Dak R'Lap District Hospital.

As soon as the special vehicle arrived at the hospital gate, Ms. Song began to have severe pain, showing clear signs of labor.

In the above emergency situation, doctors at Dak R'Lap District Hospital quickly assisted in the birth on a special vehicle of the traffic police . The newborn cried out at birth, healthy and safe.
