
On the morning of July 1, Tu Mo Rong commune officially operated under a two-level local government model. The commune has more than 1,300 households, with the Xo Dang ethnic group accounting for about 95%.
SGGP reporters traveled 160km to record. From the morning, many people came to the headquarters of the Tu Mo Rong Commune Administrative Service Center to notarize documents, degrees and solve issues related to the fields of culture, society and economy .

Tu Mo Rong Commune Administrative Service Center is located in a large room with many offices and a queue number machine, ensuring the process of receiving people is orderly and quick.
The working atmosphere on the first day was urgent. Officials and civil servants were on duty, welcoming and guiding people attentively.

Mr. A Dinh Phuoc was present at the center since mid-morning. After taking a number and sitting on the bench reserved for citizens, he was proactively approached by an officer who asked him about his purpose of coming to work.
When he said he wanted to notarize his documents, papers, and degrees to apply for a job, the staff enthusiastically guided him to the right specialized counter and helped him quickly check and arrange his documents.
“This morning, when the commune officially started operating, I took the opportunity to bring the paperwork to do. All procedures were quick and convenient, without having to wait long like before. With that professionalism, I believe that the new model will serve the people more effectively,” Mr. Phuoc happily said.

Mr. Tran Quoc Huy, Chairman of Tu Mo Rong Commune People's Committee and Mr. Nguyen Ba Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee were present to direct and inspect the situation of receiving and processing documents at the center on the first day.
Mr. Tran Quoc Huy said that immediately after completing the arrangement and consolidation of the organizational apparatus, the commune determined to immediately get to work with a spirit of action, without missing a beat or interruption. Officials and civil servants stabilized their positions, worked on time, with the right responsibilities and tasks, and the working atmosphere was serious and urgent.
The Tu Mo Rong Commune Public Administration Service Center has been put into effective operation, helping people to be more convenient in handling administrative procedures. This is a concrete step in transforming the government model from management to service, towards a friendly and professional administration.

According to Mr. Tran Quoc Huy, the first day of Tu Mo Rong commune government’s official operation was a meaningful start. This was not only a simple administrative milestone, but also an opportunity for the commune to redefine its service methods and build a government that is truly close to the people.
The commune is moving towards a more proactive, modern and in-depth administrative apparatus.
To do that, in the coming time, Tu Mo Rong commune will focus on promoting digital transformation, gradually applying artificial intelligence in managing population data, land, social security...

Besides, the commune will focus on orienting economic development towards exploiting natural advantages and local identity.
Specifically, developing agriculture associated with forests, indigenous medicinal plants, coffee trees, and organic livestock models suitable for soil and climate conditions.
At the same time, focus on developing essential social services such aseducation , healthcare, and care for the disadvantaged, creating a foundation for sustainable development.
