compose, on the afternoon of July 6, while working at home, Mr. Lam Quoc Ky (40 years old, living near the Vam Co Dong River) discovered a man jumping from Duc Hue bridge into the river.
When seeing this person struggling, Mr. Ky and his younger brother ran down to the riverbank and took a boat to rescue him.
Afterwards, the man was brought safely to shore by Mr. Ky's two brothers at the old ferry terminal in Thanh Dong hamlet, Dong Thanh commune.
