Bringing Bosch AI and Robots to the Factory of the Future

(NLDO) - Bosch Rexroth and IIC cooperate to introduce the smart automation platform ctrlX Automation, bringing AI and robots into the factory of the future in Vietnam.

On July 9, at Eastern International University (HCMC), Bosch Rexroth Vietnam and the Industry 4.0 Innovation Center (IIC, under Eastern International University) jointly organized the workshop “ctrlX Automation & Kassow Robots - A solid foundation for smart factories”.

The workshop aims to promote the application of automation, digital transformation and development of human resources in Industry 4.0.

In the face of the global digital transformation wave, Vietnamese enterprises are facing many challenges in system integration and a shortage of suitable human resources. Updating new technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) poses an urgent need for human resource training, equipping them with flexible and creative skills in modern production.

At the workshop, Bosch Rexroth Vietnam representative introduced the ctrlX Automation automation ecosystem - an integrated platform with the core being the ctrlX CORE industrial controller. This device combines many functions such as PLC, motion control, image processing, SCADA and IIoT on a single system. Thanks to AI integration, this platform helps collect real-time data, predict maintenance, optimize operations and improve product quality.

Kassow Robots, a modern 7-axis collaborative robot line, is designed to integrate flexibly with the ctrlX Automation platform.

In addition, Kassow Robots - a 7-axis collaborative robot - is designed to work closely with ctrlX Automation, supporting flexible tasks in complex manufacturing environments. Thanks to its intelligent learning and adaptation capabilities, the robot helps increase productivity, ensure safety and adapt to modern manufacturing trends.
