The Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front attended the National Great Unity Day in Ao Luong village.

On the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2023), on the evening of November 11, comrade Truong Thi Ngoc Anh, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and the working delegation attended the National Great Unity Day in Ao Luon village, Ky Phu commune, Nho Quan district.

Also attending were comrades: Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Do Viet Anh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; Nguyen Hoang Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of Nho Quan district and Ky Phu commune.

In the joyful and exciting atmosphere of the Festival, delegates reviewed the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front over 93 years of construction and growth; evaluated the results of implementing campaigns and patriotic emulation movements in Ao Luong village in 2023.

Accordingly, with the characteristic of the village having 100% Muong ethnic people, in recent years, the Party Committee, the government, and the Front Working Committee of Ao Luon village have focused on leading, directing, and effectively organizing and implementing patriotic emulation movements, attracting a large number of people to participate. The people always well implement the policies of the Party and the State, promote economic development, eliminate bad customs, and build a civilized lifestyle. Currently, the village has only 4 poor households and 2 near-poor households.

In particular, the people in the village have always respected, preserved and promoted the traditional cultural values of the Muong ethnic group. In 2017, the village established the Sac Bua Singing Club. This is also one of the typical examples of the district in preserving and conserving Muong culture.

Speaking at the Festival, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Truong Thi Ngoc Anh acknowledged and commended the results that the people and cadres of Ao Luon village have achieved in the past time.

Emphasizing the significance of the National Great Unity Day and the policy of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on improving the quality of organizing the Day, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Truong Thi Ngoc Anh expressed her confidence that with the achieved results, in the coming time, Ao Luon village will continue to promote the strength of great unity, effectively implement patriotic emulation movements and gain more achievements, building the homeland to develop more and more.

In which, we continue to actively respond to and carry out patriotic emulation campaigns and movements; strengthen the application of science and technology in production, participate in collective economic development through maintaining and developing cooperatives and cooperatives; focus on green and clean production, build brands of typical agricultural products, contributing to promoting local socio-economic development. At the same time, we actively participate in eliminating bad customs, building a civilized lifestyle and participating in maintaining security and order.

He also hoped that Party committees and authorities at all levels would continue to pay attention to creating conditions for the Front Working Committee and the Fatherland Front at all levels to further promote their role in gathering the great national unity bloc. At the same time, he noted that the Fatherland Front at all levels should continue to effectively implement emulation movements and campaigns; take the initiative in advising on the successful organization of the Fatherland Front Congress at all levels for the 2024-2029 term, ensuring the expansion of membership, representation of all classes of people, contributing to improving the quality of activities of the Fatherland Front at all levels.

On this occasion, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Truong Thi Ngoc Anh presented gifts to the people and officials of Ao Luon village and to some outstanding families in the locality.

The National Great Unity Day in Ao Luon village took place in an exciting and joyful atmosphere with many performances praising the homeland and country, staged and performed by the villagers themselves.

At the festival, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Mr. Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, presented the painting "Uncle Ho leads the song of solidarity" to Ao Luon village. Leaders of Nho Quan district and Ky Phu commune also presented meaningful gifts to the people and cadres of Ao Luon village.
