In 2024, Cao Thai Son attracted attention when he announced that he had a child but hid the identity of the baby's mother. The 8X singer affirmed that he was not a single father as many people mistakenly thought, but that he and his wife were taking care of the child together.

In November 2024, Cao Thai Son let his son appear for the first time at the ceremony to receive the Vietnamese record certificate and the Vietnamese record certificate. The baby was praised for being cute and smart.

Cao Thai Son shared that when he is with his children, he puts all his projects aside. When he runs a restaurant, he doesn't care about fame. And when he is on stage, he doesn't put too much emphasis on achievements.

"There are times when I'm tired, but I don't fight fatigue. I listen to myself, stop, meditate, hug my child, eat a healthy meal and then I find myself back," the singer shared.

For him, balance is not about schedules, but about not having to prove anything, just being true to yourself.

Cao Thai Son added that he loves cooking and spends a lot of time learning about macrobiotics and the five elements to combine ingredients in harmony.

Looking back on the past half year, Cao Thai Son affirms that he no longer sets goals to reach new heights. Instead, he lives with "few expectations, much presence, no need to stand out, just need to live authentically."

After a period of silence, Cao Thai Son returns with the song “Just cry all out, my dear” - a ballad that marks a change in the male singer’s musical thinking. Cao Thai Son believes that a voice not only needs to be beautiful but also has the ability to heal.

"The first time I heard the demo of this song was when I heard that an old friend had just had an accident. I sat silently for a long time, letting my tears fall. Musician Dinh Nguyen not only wrote a beautiful melody, but also infused it with healing energy," the singer said.

Cao Thai Son said that he used to pursue singing with great technique and impressiveness, but in the end he realized that what touches the audience is sincerity and that music is not simply for entertainment, but also a method of healing.
