To effectively carry out this activity, Vietnam Post (VNPost) has sent a document to the Provincial People's Committee and the People's Committees of communes and wards on the implementation policy. Accordingly, Vietnam Post will deploy staff to 3,321 communes and wards nationwide. This plan, which starts from July 1, aims to support, advise and guide people in submitting documents and registering to receive results of administrative procedures through the public postal service, ensuring stable, smooth, effective, regular and continuous operations 24/7 when arranging administrative units and implementing the 2-level government organization model.

Implementing the policy of Vietnam Post, Ninh Thuan Post proactively works with localities to review and arrange appropriate personnel at the Public Administration Service Centers. Here, postal staff guide people and businesses to prepare documents for performing administrative procedures; support and guide people to submit public service applications online; digitize documents; return procedure settlement results to people and businesses; and circulate documents between the Public Administration Service Centers of communes and wards with relevant units in handling administrative procedures. In addition, postal staff also receive requests, feedback and complaints from people regarding the handling of administrative procedures. In particular, people are also guided by postal staff and specialized agencies to complete online documents on the National Public Service Portal. When there is a need to return results at home, people will be guided on the necessary operations and the post office will directly deliver the results to their homes.
At the My Son Commune Public Administration Service Center, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong (65 years old) was very pleased to receive enthusiastic support from the post office staff. Ms. Huong shared: “I am old and not familiar with technology, so every time I go to do paperwork, I am worried. But today, with the post office staff and officers here guiding me step by step to submit my application online, I found it very convenient. The officers and civil servants at the center were very friendly, explained in an easy-to-understand way, and helped me complete the procedures quickly.”
Mr. Nguyen Viet Son - Director of Ninh Thuan Post Office said: "We send staff directly to the above locations to work with local authorities to support people in receiving and returning administrative procedure results, ensuring dedicated, proper and effective service. This activity not only demonstrates the initiative and sense of responsibility but also the accompanying role of Ninh Thuan Post Office in improving the quality of public services, serving people better and better, while actively contributing to the process of digital transformation and building digital government in the locality".
In the coming time, Ninh Thuan Post Office will continue to coordinate and maintain the arrangement of staff at the Public Administration Service Centers of communes and wards, contributing with local authorities to effectively handle administrative procedures for people smoothly and promptly.
